We covered this previous on WH. Ebbsfleet United is finally on the verge of becoming reality and transforming into MyFootballClub. The team that was bought by its fans and who are about to manage the starting-eleven via internet.
According to BBC it will all be reality on Tuesday and they’re getting a big sponsor – that’s right mamas and papas, tell your grandpa that baby needs some sweet tooth loving – it’s Nike.
Last week Nike announced that they’d sponsor both the home and away kit. All in favour of the 92% voting by the fans on internet.
There are now approx 28 000 members from 80 different countries allowed to vote on the team and the first internet-based team pick will take place in March.
